A, labeling header can not be normally labeled
This situation is more common, there are two main reasons: First, during the operation of the labeling machine, the label in the material box of the labeling machine can not slide smoothly to the labeling station. This situation will cause the label is too thick or too thin, and the label and the sensor cannot be fitted.
The second is that the sensor signal of the labeling machine can not be output normally. This is mainly because the label sensor on the labeling station is faulty or inaccurate, resulting in abnormal sensor signals on the labeling station, resulting in inaccurate sensor positions or abnormal data.
Two, label station noise
This is also fairly common. This problem may be because the machine is running at high speed, due to the noise caused by bearing slip or bearing damage, or the label head may produce noise in the opposite direction of the equipment. In this case, the bearing must be replaced in time.
Three, the label is too small or too large
This may be because the label is out of the wider scope of the machine, resulting in a mismatch in the size and position of the label. If the label is out of the wider range of the machine it will cause the label to be too small or too large.
Four, send the speed is slow fast or too slow
Sending the mark too fast will lead to unstable operation of the equipment, if the product is relatively heavy, it will cause unstable operation of the equipment and even damage the machine. The slow speed of the delivery of the mark will lead to problems such as the slip of the mark tape and the failure of the delivery parts to fit. If the product is relatively light, the problem can be solved by adjusting the speed of sending the bid.
Five, the bid roller is damaged
This situation is mainly because the machine has friction during operation or the roller is damaged due to wear for a long time, or the roller is damaged due to serious wear of the roller and the ball.
1, when the roller is damaged, it needs to be replaced in time.
2, the roller and ball of the marking roller and the marking equipment should be cleaned frequently.
3, the roller is an important part of the delivery of the mark, in the use of the process, must avoid long-term contact with water and oil, to ensure good lubrication
4, the marking roller generally needs to be replaced once every 3-6 months, according to the use, the service life is between 5-10 years, if the roller is not replaced for a long time, it will affect the performance of the labeling machine.
6, the use process must pay attention to the following points:
(1) When there is a delivery mark, first check whether there is dust on the equipment, and if there is dust, clean it in time;
(2) When an impact occurs during the operation of the equipment, the operation of the equipment should be stopped in time;
(3) Do not put your hand on the roller when labeling to avoid injury;
(4) Do not beat the roller and ball when the machine is running;
(5) Do not reach between the roller and the roller to prevent damage to the roller and the ball.
7, when the device cannot be labeled, please check whether the device's labeling driver is normal.
8, when the label falls off, check whether the size of the label is appropriate; If the label is too small, add some labels or replace a new label.
